1. Build your list from the menu
Every item on the Menu page has an Add button. Once something is on your list, the button turns into a minus and plus control so you can change the quantity right there. The Your order bag at the top of every page shows how many items you have.
Your list is saved in your browser, so you can move between pages or close the tab and come back to it later on the same device.
2. Send the request
Open Your order and fill in the short form. We ask for:
- Your name and phone number
- Your email, optional, if you want a copy of the request
- How you plan to pay: cash or Zelle
- Pickup at the shop or delivery
- Any notes, such as a delivery address
3. Keep your order number
As soon as you send the request you get an order number that looks like EO-7K3PX. If you entered an email, it arrives in your inbox too.
Show that number together with a valid ID at pickup or delivery. It is how we match you to your request and confirm you are the person who placed it.
4. Pay in person
No payment is taken on the website. You pay cash or Zelle when you collect your order, and everything is completed in person. The total shown in the form is an estimate based on menu prices; the shop confirms the final amount.
A request does not reserve stock. If something on your list has sold out, we will tell you when you come in.
5. Pickup or delivery
Pickup happens at 560 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11225 during shop hours: Thursday 2 to 7 PM, Friday through Sunday 12 to 8 PM.
City delivery has a $150 minimum. Coverage varies, so contact the shop to confirm we can reach your address.
Quick answers
- Do I have to order online?
- No. You can always walk in and browse in person. The order form is just a way to have your list ready.
- Can I pay by card?
- No. Payment is cash or Zelle, in person.
- What if I lose my order number?
- Check the confirmation email if you entered one, or call the shop with the name and phone number you used.
- Do I need ID?
- Yes. Everyone must be 21 or older and show a valid ID at pickup or delivery.
