Plain language about what this site collects and what we do with it. No payment details are ever taken here.

01What you give us

When you send an order request, you type your name and phone number, and optionally an email address. The request also carries the items you added, whether you plan to pay with cash or Zelle, whether you want pickup or delivery, and any notes you write - a delivery address or timing, for example.

You can browse the menu, the hours, and the shop details without giving us anything.

02What we do with it

We use your request to have the items ready and to arrange pickup or delivery. The shop sees the order number, your name, phone, email if you left one, your items, and your payment and pickup or delivery preference.

If you leave an email address, we send you a copy of your own request with your order number. Leave the field blank and the request still works - you will simply see your order number on screen instead.

03What we never collect here

No card numbers, no bank details, no Zelle login, no payment credentials of any kind. Nothing is charged on this site. Payment happens in person at pickup or delivery.

We do not sell your details, and we do not use an order request for anything other than handling that order.

04What your browser remembers

Two things are saved on your own device, not with us: that you confirmed you are 21 or older, and the items in your order list, so your picks are still there if you move between pages or close the tab.

Clearing your browser storage removes both. The site will simply ask your age again and start an empty order list.

05How long we keep a request

Order requests are kept in the shop's own order records while we handle them and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can look up a past order if you call about one. Ask us at the counter and we can remove your details from those records.

06Talk to us

Call the shop if you want a copy of what we hold, or want it removed. We would rather answer the phone than send you through a form.
